As you may be aware the laws regarding the carrying of all goods on vehicles have changed. The responsibility of loading and restraining all vehicles will be on all parties.

This means the driver, the person responsible for loading the vehicle, as well as the Owner / Director, as far down to the builder and customer may all be charged with an offence in the event of goods leaving their premises incorrectly loaded or restrained.

Bruhn Limestone delivers direct from the quarry to site, whether that be 5 kilometres of 3000 kilometres. We package and transport our stone so that we comply with all legislation and the client can be assured that all possible care is taken to relieve them from their responsibilities.
